What is different?	2-day Smart Start session conducted by LARC faculty in each of the participating site	Point of Contact (POC) from each Implementing Partner (IP) observes the Smart Start session in a Direct Assistance site and subsequently replicates it in each remote assistance site
	Staff from each site attends all 3 learning sessions	IP POC attends each learning session and subsequently replicates it in the remote assistance sites
